No more updates on my package since april.

My package with the tracking number LZ004772570CN has been stuck for almost 2 months now. The last update was on the 26-04-2020 with the info Shanghai, Delivered by Airline. So am I right in believing that it is lost or just under piles of mail backlog?

Hi Pak9999,

Packages sent to European countries are mostly delayed. It's still in transit to Sweden now. You'd better wait for another month to see if you could receive it. If you don't want to wait, you can also contact the seller to get refund first.
