No movement since February 29th

I am trying to locate 2 packages that arrived hangzou on 2/29 but there has been no update since.
LS248817244CN
LS249571777CN

Any update would be appreciated since sender will not research.

Hi jkoizumi619,

These two packages have left China and are in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after they left China) to reach and there will be further update when they arrive. If you couldn't receive it in this month, it's not normal. Then, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
