No update...

there has been no update since 29th. Feb.
I believe ems no. that starts with eb is a express shipping method and since 29th feb, there has been no record which seems very wrong. Even my friend who got hers sent after mine has received item. I have never received a parcel this late by ems :(

Hi Frances,

It may be delayed due to coronavirus. According to your description, it should have left China in early March and is in transit to your country now. It should be delivered in the next week.
