My package status has not updated since 5/17/2020. I purchased my product on 4/27/2020 and as of today, 7/20/2020 I still have no package. Status updates would be very beneficial

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month or early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
