I am also experiencing the same issue with SNX. Tracking states it has been "Delivered" but no parcel was received. I have tired contacting SNX directly, even calling the listed number, all to no avail. After some online research, I have a strong suspicion this site is being used in a phishing scam. I ordered an item online and seller gave me the tracking number promptly. All looked good until delivery day. The many attempts at contacting seller and SNX resulted in zero response, Radio silence. Please keep me updated if you have any luck in contacting the shipping company as I have a keen interest in this matter. Best of luck.

It's shipped by Shenzhen Shennanxing International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (深圳市深南兴国际货运代理有限公司). Tracking information shows it was delivered on September 23. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check where it was delivered for you.
