Hello! Just wonder my package has left HK on 5 Oct, 2020. Since then no more update. May I know what’s wrong with it? It usually takes only 4 to 7 days for me to get the parcel from HK to Mexico. Thx!

I checked with HK Post already. They said the parcel has been left HK on 6 Oct afternoon.
I wonder what happens to the parcel now. It usually takes few says for me to receive the parcel. Would it be possible to trace where is it being stuck right now??

Another situation is that it's stuck at the customs now. You'd better wait for more days to see.
