No tracking information.

Dear Sirs
I have ordered some goods from China june 6th. The seller shipped it june 7th, and I got this tracking number:
11723416629
The seller tells me, that the shipment has been shipped and I should expect delivery in 20 to 40 working days.
However, when I use the tracking number now june 20th, then this tracking number is not recognized. So I cannot see if the package was ever received by China Post. The seller tells me, that the tracking number will not be valid anymore (for any information) when the package have left china. Can you verify this information?

I couldn't find any tracking information for your package. The reasons may:
1. Your tracking number is a fake one.
2. The package is a normal one and the seller didn't pay for the registration fee which makes the package couldn't be tracked.
If you couldn't receive it for over 40 days, better open a dispute.
