No tracking updates

Hi, Could you give me some information about the parcel with tracking number RV511897083CN?. Looks like it's stuck is Shanghai, and there hasn't been any tracking updates since november 09. Should I wait more days before contacting the seller for a refund?. Thanks.

Hi Kat,

I suggest you wait to Dec. 15 to see. If it still doesn't move untill Dec.15, you need to contact the seller to get refund in time.

I have been tracking my package via tracking #ZA02969338201
The last update I received was that it cleared customs in the U.S., but I have received no more updates. The tracking simply says to contact the carrier(you) for updates.
