No tracking updates



My tracking number is: EV961948478CN
I'm emailing because there haven't been any updates on my package for 9 days, and it hasn't updated to say that the airline has received it/shipped it. It was posted 10 working days ago, so I'm a little worried as your website says that to Europe, you expect it to take 5 working days, or at most 3-7, but it has been longer than that....

Do you have any other updates please?

Good luck Rae, my parcel has been stuck in "Your shipment has been delivered to the postal operator of the country" phase for 26 days now without any other additional information. Just wait and hope for the best lol.

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
