Hi I ordered my item on 26/10/21 and still yet to receive anything. No updates have been uploaded since 30/11/21, Can you please provide me with some updates.

I ordered an item from Ozsale (with the above tracking number) over a month ago. Ozsale told me that my order is in China's transition and that they can't see any recent updates. can someone please tell me what's actually going on??? is my order even in transition? and if so, why is it in transition for a whole month now???? when will it get to me here in Australia??????
