My package has not been moving for 2 months. Is there a problem with 4PX? The seller does not answer. AliExpress is not interested. I am bored.

It's still in 4PX's warehouse and hasn't been shipped. You need to let the seller contact 4PX to check the reason for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to open a dispute on AliExpres to get refund.
