No tracking updates

Hi,
I have not received any updates in my shipping for close to two weeks now. The tracking number is EV991529832CN. Last update was: Guangzhou City, has been delivered to the carrier transport. Can you please give me some clarification?

Hi Ray morris,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 22 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello,
I have been tracking my package via tracking #ZA02969338201
The last update I received was that it cleared customs in the U.S., but I have received no more updates. The tracking simply says to contact the carrier(you) for updates.
