Yes, they are in transit and havn't arrived. You need to wait for more days to get update. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed.

hi my parcell AQ298846331CN is still travelling in china can u explain where it is and how long before it leaves china i ordered over a month ago..it keeps going to many airports and sorting centres but never head to UK please explain..
