No update on my package since 4/1

I ordered my product at the end of March and the tracking information for it has not been updated since 4/1 is the shenzhen exchange experiencing some sort of delay? My tracking number is LY068353200CN

It's still in transit in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
