Thank you for your prompt response however this is the current information I already have.

I was asking for new information because the item arrived 9 days ago and there is no further update.

Can you confirm why there is a delay?
Why is there no update since 2017-11-13 08:58 GUANGZHOU (CN), Arrived at facility in destination country?
When am I expected delivery?
Can my item continue to be tracked?

pls take a look at below tracking log
I would like to understand what is happening in Guangzhou center
as you can see, it says on Nov 19th, it has been sent to airline and no update for more than 10days
then, all of sudden it arrived at Guangzhou center once again after custom clearance on Nov 30th and sento airline on Dec 1st. Then interestingly, it has arrived at Guangzhou center AGAIN!
and now it has sent to airline ONCE AGAIN!
Can anyone tell me what's going on with my parcel please????
