NO UPDATE SINCE 28-11-2020

My parcel is stuck od EDI-received since 28-11-2020 and I have not received my parcel yet. when will I receive it? why such a long delay?

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Suddenly my package AS453532466CN updated yesterday saying it's been delivered today which is impossible because the time they put was 9 hours ahead when they decided to update it. these were the last few updates before going awol do I contact my local USPS?
