No update since July 17

hi, my package (LZ960563414CN) has not received tracking updates since July 17th. can i know if it has arrived in my country or is it still in china? thank you

My document materials were sent on 27th July from Hangzhou, China. It reached to Guangzhou on 30th July as per tracking details. Last update was on 30th July (3:47 pm) that they arrived at Guangzhou regional sorting center since then there has been no update on tracking system. I want to ask why there is no update on the system and has the documents already moved since then?

I ordered a gimbal for my camera from Ebay and it says the estimated delivery would be July 19 - July 30, but I’ve never received my package. I went to go track it and some websites say it’s been in United States Airport since July 17, and others says it’s been in Custom Clearance since July 8. Please help...
