Not moving!

My package has been sitting in the same place since December 13, 2020. Saying it’s in Los Angeles. I haven’t gotten any updates since. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to the company, and just keep getting an automotive reply telling me it should be arriving soon. Such has not happened!
