Hi david,

Your package left China in January and is still in transit to UK now. It may be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait to the end of this month to see if you could receive it. If not, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It has been stuck at Shanghai exchange station since October 6. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
