Not sure my package left China

Hello, I asked about my package LO746690915CN and I have been told that it left China but I'm not sure about it. The Italian post site said that it is still at the international exchange center... It usually works good, I often buy in Shein and things arrive in 1/2 weeks and I always receive good tracking.. Not happening now. I would like to know if my pack is lost or something, or if I have to contact the seller. Thank you so much

Hi Martaf,

It's not lost. It's still in transit to Italy now. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Italy.

Thanks for your answer, but I think it's strange because usually I can see the package has been sent on the Italian site, now I can't... It says it is still in China..

Tracking # LW438459225CN. US Destination. Seller: Aliexpress has no idea where it is and China Post/EMS and USPS show the package is still in China. If the package really did ship on 1/13 is still subject to hold in China due to Coronavirus?

Hi John M,

Your package has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Daisy, thanks for your effort in helping me. Can you tell me the date when my package left China. If possible?
