Not sure where my items were delivered to but not to my house

Trying to figure out where my package is. I got an email last night saying it arrived at 8pm. I received nothing. the tracking number said it was delivered this morning and I still have not received it. I've been waiting 3 and a half weeks for my items. can I get update?

Hi dinogirl90,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
