3 packages show delivered but nothing received

I have 3 packages sent from China post and all say delivered but nothing arrived at my house. Canada post and UPS have no record of the items. The parcels showed as arriving in Canada and delivered.

Hi Alec Kugler,

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
