Hi Alberto,

According to the tracking information, AS134134826CN was delivered on Jan.6. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have seen some of you trying to resolve this with the shipping company. There is even a reply from the shipping company, all of which is fake. The shipping company gives you a tracking number and it might even show your address as the point of delivery. The issue is that nothing was ever shipped, the shipping company is likely to receive a share of the price you paid to go along with this scam. China or not, any shipping company will be able to investigate why non of these parcels arrive. The only way they can claim they are aware of the scam is if they take part. Where else would they get your address? They know the retail company in the UK is fake. Think about it, how do they allocate a tracking number. These numbers are issued without any goods leaving China. They will string you along with excuses for months but funnily enough they can never investigate.

UI561374654CN. The seller is making fun of me.. This is the name of the seller LumiParty Factory Store.. And then he tricked me by giving me a different shipping number. says another product shipping but shipping does not belong to me

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am going to start a big online business in Mauritius (near South Africa) and i need not expensive shipping, even if it takes 3 weeks or more to reach.
I cannot find shipping rates for Mauritius on your site. But i know your company does provide shipping to Mauritius since i am a frequent buyer on Aliexpress and many of the shipping to my country is done by china post.
Can you please email me all the shipping rates for Mauritius? Small parcels, large parcels etc
