The shipping LO538719223CN seems to be stuck. I didn't get any update for quite long, while other shippings using the same shipping method already arrived.
Is there any problem with it?

Hi tasmya,

It has left China and is in transit to Italy now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
