Why does most parcels from China are free shipping to Canada (like on ebay). Then I go to Sammy Dress where all shipping is from South east China and they charge for the shipping on everything!

The seller on ebay usually have added the postage in their costs. Most people like free shipping, so the seller add the shipping cost in the total price and make it free shipping to attract buyers. This is one of the marketing methods I think.
