Hi, I got a parcel where I sending old non working watch for repair and service. Is it possible to release so that it can be repaired and serviced? My parcel tracking number is RT190998262SG

An item for repair was posted in January to China. It has been lost: no news :(. (1 reply)

The tracking number is RN423017963GB . The item is a special watch that was going to be repaired by its original maker (Jialong Watch Co Ltd). Unfortunately, the tracking stops after 15 January, and the item has not been delivered.
Please help. What can be done?

I returned smart watch to Innovation Shopping which apparently is based in China tracking number RN420662287GB and it has been stuck in chinese customs since 15th April. The address of the parcel was sent to Guangzhou Kaipin Trading, 1 South China auto repair factroy, No 262 North Baiyun Avenue, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. Contact name Miss Zhang tel. 13128654083. Would be grateful if you could advise as I would like my refund for this smart watch, Best wishes
