On the website it says delivered but I didn’t get anything

Hi, I have this tracking number AM088094314CN and it says they tried to deliver it once and then they sent it back and now they tried again but I haven’t received anything and it says delivered. Also, the seller says to check my local post office but they also didn’t get anything
