Order not delivered

Hello,
I ordered a oversized tray pallet to be shipped to Germany with trucking number AG306123788CN, I see that there is unsuccessful delivery attempt. What does this mean?
Please let me know about my order.
The address is correct and I’m at home waiting my order, but with DHL I have problem every time cause they say that the address is not correct.
The address according to the registration is

Hi Yousif,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, you need to use the number to check with DHL. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?

I have been trying to track my order 63590000132571701826400 even though it's hard because many sites say that it's not the right order number.

On AliExpress says it was delivered in my country which includes the post that is delivering in my address.

However, when I try to track the order in another sites it says it was delivered in Madrid.

I want to wait a few days until the estimated time that delivers in my actual address but if I can't get my order I can't even open a dispute because my seller doesn't allow me.
