Hi rdjudjo,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking #UU074499623CN - According to your tracking, our order was mailed 5/8/21 and arrived in the US on 5/20/21. Nothing has been recorded beyond 5/20 and we have not received our order. What is the status of our order? How can we get a refund and cancel this order, if it is not received soon?

Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!
