Order says delivered but is not

My order AM104648592CN shows that it has been delivered. I was home all day and did not receive it on delivery day. Unable to contact seller. What do I do?

Hi Steve,

You can only contact the seller to check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
