Order says delivered but it has not

Hi,
I ordered an item and it says delivered but I have not received it.
I contacted ROYAL MAil UK and they told me they had a different address on the parcel.

So you put the wrong address on the parcel and for that reason it says delivered but it went to someone else!

Hi MOhammad,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution if you couldn't get it.

Hello,

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
