its been like 2 weeks and my order has still not updated from arrival at destination please help if someone knows any thing about this my order:LV505988531CN

Hi Guy,

It should be stuck at the customs of Israel now. I suggest you wait for another 20 days at most to see. If it still doesn't move, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. I was wondering if someone could help me! My package is stuck on “Arrival at the Destination” and it’s been 9 days. I know it’s not here in the US because USPS is still saying that Origing is preparing shipment. So what destination is it in?
