Hello, I ordered something on August 26th of 2021, it says the estimated delivery date is Sept 10th, but up until yesterday nothing showed up. My tracking number is WI003973445892FPL, can anyone tell me if this package has been shipped yet or just the label is created? If it is shipped, where's the parcel now? Thank you in advance.

Hi maggie,

here is only 'Wishpost order generated' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on August 26 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

Hello again... Spencer Gunter order (#H362W41X301), with Tracking (#UE888651725KG), has gone past the 10 week mark now. Considering that 3 days after the order was placed, I received a conformation that the order was completed, along with the above tracking number, one would think there should be some information available about the order through the tracking system. In view of all the port issues, specifically Shenzhen, Is it possible the order is tied up there ? After 10 weeks, there should be information to verify the status of the order somewhere.
