Our parcel not delivered

Have been tracking a parcel sent from China, it is saying it has been delivered to our address in Australia but it hasn’t
Arrived. Tracking number is AQ523370515. What can be done.

According to the tracking information, AQ523370515CN was delivered on September 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive.
