I am a store owner and because of covid ePacket was not usable anymore. I had to change to china post. Since over 1 month I have over 100 packages stuck at: Zhengzhou City, leaving Zhengzhou International Processing Center, the next stop , Zhengzhou Terminal (via transfer)

Can someone please let me know what this means or when I can expect the arrival?

My two packages got stuck at exact same spot about a month ago, it normally took a 5 day to be delivered to air transport and from one to two weeks to arrive in Poland but now it looks like my packages got lost. At the same time in exact same spot.
They're not from a store, they're from a friend so i have no way of "getting a refund" but also my friend can't get any information out of China Post.
I understand current situation but this is beyond being simple delay, is there any way i can contact China post via email?
