My friend send me two packages, one was a bit heavier than another but overall they were the same size with similar weight.
They were separated to make shipping cheaper. Everything was ok and both got to a "Guangzhou, delivered to air transport" the same day.
I waited about a month and finally tracing info changed... but only for lighter package that now got delivered to me. Other heavier package is still stuck on "Guangzhou, delivered to air transport" and i have no idea what is going on.
Is this normal? Should i be worried? (RV450866876CN)

My two packages (RV455208876CN,RV450866876CN) has been stuck at ""Guangzhou, delivered to air transport"" for a week now after almost a month of being tossed around whole Guangzhou and being constantly returned for a checkup for "safety reasons".
There's no way package left China because i would get "airline departure" update and i'm worried because i see more and more packages getting lost or returned since covid-19 started.

My two packages got stuck at exact same spot about a month ago, it normally took a 5 day to be delivered to air transport and from one to two weeks to arrive in Poland but now it looks like my packages got lost. At the same time in exact same spot.
They're not from a store, they're from a friend so i have no way of "getting a refund" but also my friend can't get any information out of China Post.
I understand current situation but this is beyond being simple delay, is there any way i can contact China post via email?
