My package number LW224303338US got stuck in China instead of being sent to Israel.
Could you, please, check what's going on with my package?

Hi Mereleya,

It's from China to Israel now. There should be another tracking number to track it after it leaves China. You'd better contact USPS to check.

I tried to contact them even in 12-2021. This is what I am receiving while doing it - "Inquiries are not accepted for the service purchased to mail this item."

I paid for goods that were not delivered due to an error on your part! The sender sent me a shipping label with the correct address on it.
