i ordered a package from amazon u claim it was delivered an it was never received at all so u can either replace the item or i am filing a complaint with the better business bureau in the morning

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to try to contact Amazon to ask for refund.
