package arrived at destination but never received

My package with tracking no UU099716805CN has arrived in Greece since 25 of May but there is no update since then. The seller doesn't answer my e-mails.

Hi, so my package tracking number LZ694117625CN says arrived at the destination on 29/4/21. However, there has been no movement since and the local carrier has told me they have not received the package. Do you know why this might be? Any help would be great.
