Package at sorting center

My package has been stuck at the sorting center in ZHENGZHOUHANGBAO since May4th. It also says the status is “expired.” Do you know what is going on with it?

Hi tristerson,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered rep sneakers and my package has been on the “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since April 20th. Is something wrong? Could I somehow call the sorting center? Could my package have gotten lost? Is there any way I can figure out what’s going on and know if my package is coming or not?
