Package at sorting center since 11/16/2019

My package has been at sorting center for almost 1 month and tracking hasn't updated please let me know how i can get my package to US

Hi Andres Carrera,

It should have left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hi, could you please let me know the current info on this package LO496579050CN ? The tracking shows “ Arrival at Sorting Center,ShangHaiShi AJTH” on 11/25 and there has been no more updates since then. Thank you.

Hi I placed a order back on 10/16/2019 and it was sent out to me on 10/19/19. I have not yet received any of them and I have not seen any movement at all. I contacted my seller and she just said to wait it out a few more days. I am a bit worried could you please assist me with this?
