Hello my return package from a product purchased at Banggood has been in Guangzhou since 2019-11-09. What should I do? My tracking code ė CP288190293BR. Thank you.

It's retained by the customs. The recipient should got a notice about how to get it. Better contact the recipient to ask.

I posted a parcel to China on the 10th of February. It has been sitting at the international arrival at Guangzhou (CN) awaiting clearance since Sun. 16 Feb. The Tracking No. Is LK987410010AU It has been there for 3 months can someone please look into this please and send it to its destination.
