Parcel at Guangzhou (CN) awaiting clearance since Sept 1.

I posted a parcel to China on the Wed 19 Aug It has been sitting at the international arrival at Guangzhou (CN) awaiting clearance since Sept 1. The Tracking No. Is EY106293035AU, It has been there for 1 month can someone please look into this please and send it to its destination.

The latest tracking information on OCtobere 3 shows it's still stuck at the customs now.

Number: EY106293035AU
Package status: In transit
Country: Australia -> China
2020-10-03 09:22, Guangzhou City, export customs / retention to be verified.
2020-09-01 11:28, Guangzhou, sent to export customs.
2020-08-25 21:48, Melbourne, leaving the Overseas Export Swap Bureau (not yet arriving at China Post)
2020-08-24 17:33, Melbourne, to the Overseas Export Swap Bureau.
