Package delivered but not received

Hello,
I have the order AS155892366CN in tracking it says that was it delivered but I haven't received it, I can't find who is the local courier that handle my package here in Quebec-Canada, I ask Canada post and they said me that they don't have my package. How can I know who have my package here in Quebec, Canada?
