It has now been 2 months since the last update on my package and the retailer stopped replying to my emails. When can I assume my package to arrive? Tracking number is UI086693329CN

Hi eaddadicc,

You'd better open a dispute or contact the seller to refund you or send one again to you. It has been over two months that you still not receive it. It's not normal.

How would I go by to open a dispute? Do I do that with the carrier or with the seller? My biggest problem is that the seller is not responding to any of my emails anymore about my item.

Where do you buy it from? From AliExpress, eBay or other platform? You should ope a dispute to the seller from the platform.

I ordered from ebay in March and my package still hasn't arrived, it says it was delivered to airline in Guangzhou but that was MONTHS ago. My tracking number is UJ248738864CN. I contacted the seller and they didnt know the answer but were able to refund half and keep the package when it eventually arrives, but when is that? What is going on in Guangzhou that people aren't getting their packages for months and months?
