Hello,
I’m contacting you because I have a package from France to China that don’t move since the 30 of September.

It’s out of Shenyang (China) but don’t move since 10 days.
It do pass customs and I paid customs fees.

You better contact the receiver to ask if he has paied for the tax. If ha has paid, he needs to contact China Post by calling the service number 11185 to further check it.

What's the tracking number? If it doesn't move for a long time, you need to contact the receiver in China and let him call China Post service number 11185 to further check it for you.
