I have ordered a set of tools from a Chinese distributor, BamuBlue, and they confirmed shipment of the package, supplied a tracking number and assured me that the package should arrive in 15-20 days.
3 months later I got worried, dug out the tracking number and tracked my package. Interesting enough, the app confirmed package delivery for the tracking number, but I know no package has been delivered to me!
I requested the sender, they refer me to the same tracking number and claim it has been delivered.
I am almost sure this is the senders mistake, placing a wrong address, as Canada Post office confirmed (I called them first to track my parcel) that they can not do anything as the package delivery slip is initiated in China, and Canada Post only delivers the parcel following the address provided by the sender, and not responsible for anything else.. They also confirmed that the package has been delivered.
On my request to track this package the lady said that if the package has originated in China, only the sender, via China post, can initiate the investigation and track the package or compare details, such as address or name, to see if it was incorrectly input originally by the sender...
I keep sending emails to the sender company, Bamublue, for the last 3 weeks, they keep referring me to the same tracking number and claim that the package has been delivered...

You should let them provide you the evidence that the address on the package is right. I think they may filled the wrong address by mistakes.
