Package from US not delivered to Shanghai

Good morning,
I am waiting for a package sent via USPS from the Los Angeles area to Shanghai and it has been over a month. The last information is that the package left LA April 29th, but there is no information about it reaching China. Is it possible it is stuck in customs? No one has contacted me. My address is on it in Chinese and Pinyin with my phone number. US customs number is CH132270191US

Hi Jessica,

It's in transit to China and hasn't been arrived. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in China. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach.
