My package has stayed at the sorting center since a week without being delivered yet. What is the problem?

When it arrives in Switerland, it's delivered by Swiss Post. You need to contact them to check it for you.

I ordered rep sneakers and my package has been on the “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since April 20th. Is something wrong? Could I somehow call the sorting center? Could my package have gotten lost? Is there any way I can figure out what’s going on and know if my package is coming or not?
