Package hasn’t arrived

I placed an order on March 11, 2018 with DHgates and my tracking number which is RG794009019CN is through you all but I have not received my package and the tracking hasn’t been updated since the 18th...I would like to know the status of my order please!

This kind of package usually takes about a month to reach. It's in NY now. USPS has got it and will deliver it to you in the next few days.
